Carlos E. Adame is Chief Executive Officer of CEA Coaching, Inc., an international executive coaching firm specializing in helping business leaders optimize their performance through one-to-one, team and career coaching as well as talent acquisition consulting.
Adame is a seasoned business executive and has held leadership roles at some of America’s finest organization, including United Parcel Service, McKesson, The Capital Group Companies, PacifiCare (now United Healthcare) and most recently Vistage International, the world’s leading CEO membership organization. While at Vistage Adame was a key member of the leadership team that helped grow the company’s revenues from $70 million to $100 million in three years, while maintaining a very healthy profit margin. As Chief Selection Officer, Adame was responsible for identifying and recruiting ex-CEOs to build and lead CEO peer groups nationwide. In this role Adame was the primary revenue driver for the organization. He received his B.A. in Business Development from California State University Fullerton and his M.B.A. from the University of California at Irvine.
Adame’s work produces significant behavioral changes and as a result, quicker goal attainment. Adame’s clientele cross a broad spectrum of industries including automotive, healthcare, technology, outdoor adventure and telecommunications.
Adame is an active member of The International Coaches Federation, the leading global organization for coaches, with over 14,000 members in nearly 90 countries.
